To place an order on our site;
- Add your desired item(s) to your shopping cart
- View and confirm your shopping cart order
- Enter any promotional code and/or e-voucher code (if applicable)
- Enter your delivery information and complete purchase
- Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email

You may check your order details from the link provided in the confirmation email. 

- You should be receiving a confirmation email that your order has been processed. 
- Within 3 working days, you will receive a call from our logistics team to fix a delivery schedule. 

You may only cancel your order within 1 working days from the day you placed the order. To do so, kindly drop an email to casiomusicsg@gmail.com to amend/cancel order and we will assist you as soon as we can.

Delivery

No, We do not ship outside of Singapore.

For orders under $500, there will be a $29 delivery charge.

We only provide a standard delivery option. You should be able to receive your purchases within 3 - 4 business days from the time you receive the order confirmation. 

If your parcel has not been successfully delivered despite the delivery is being within the agreed upon delivery schedule, you will have to incur an additional delivery charge of SGD 29.

Payment

Currently, we only accept credit card payment.
Credit cards accepted are:

We do not keep your credit card details on our server. All transactions are processed by either Shopify Payment or Arrow, a secure payment service provider.

We do not offer any installment plans at the moment.

Returns & Cancellations

You may cancel your order ONLY if its within a 1 day window period from the time of purchase. Cancellation of orders WILL NOT be entertained once the cancellation request exceeds the 1 day window period.

We DO NOT allow return of products unless damaged by Casio or materially not in conformance with the specifications at the time of delivery or self-collection.

For all returns/exchange, please drop an email to casiomusicsg@gmail.com (with proof of damage or faulty product via photo or video) and we will assist you as soon as we can. The return or exchange can only be processed once Casio Singapore Service Centre recognize the damages and approval is given. We seek your patience and understanding. 

Refunds may take up to 7 - 10 working days from the time Casio is notified.

The refunded amount will be sent to the credit card that was used to make the purchase.

For any promo code used, only the actual value paid will be refunded in the event of any order cancellation or return. 

Utilized promo codes cannot be re-used for your next order. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions of the promotion or drop an email to casiomusicsg@gmail.com and we will assist you as soon as we can.

Keyboard 

A Keyboard usually comes with 61 non-weighted keys similar touch to an organ/electone. It is usually lightweight & portable.

Keyboard is more of a one-man band, with a huge variety of built-in rhythms. Most Casio keyboards can be battery operated.

Digital Piano

A Digital Piano on the other hand has 88-weighted and scaled-hammer action keys, thus achieving a similar feel as playing on acoustic piano.In most cases, digital piano comes with more variety of piano tones and of superior quality. 

There are portable digital pianos which are usually compact in size as well as cabinet size piano which are non-portable.

- Digital Piano offers you a wide variety of built-in Tones and Rhythms, thus making music more fun and exciting.
