Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.
If you have a change of mind, a refund may be possible only under the following circumstances: - notify us at email@example.com within 24hrs of the time of purchase.
After 24hrs at the time of purchase, the refund will only be possible on a case to case basis.
Upon receiving a refund confirmation from our staff, the refund process will only then be valid.
Refunds may take up to 10 working days from the time Casio Singapore Pte Ltd is notified.
The refund will be credited back to the credit card you originally used for the purchase or via cheque.
For returns via credit card - You will receive the refunded amount back to the original credit card used for the purchase within 10 working days.
For returns via cheque - You will first receive a call from our friendly staff to confirmed your details. After 3 to 5 working days, you will be notified that the cheque is ready for collection. - Collection of the cheque will be in Casio Singapore Office and the payee is required to come in person.
Returns and Exchange Casio may allow the return of the Products subject to Casio’s discretion and prevailing policies. Items may only be returned under the following circumstances:
- Wrong item received - Damaged item received which is made known during delivery or set-up
Any damages or product defect must be made known at the point of delivery or set-up,
To return a wrong/damaged item, you will be required to bring the item with original packaging and Proof of Purchase (e.g. Invoice) to Casio Service Centre, located at Novena Square Office Tower B, Level 18. Item will be assessed by Casio to determine if the return is allowed.
Should a return be allowed, the purchase amount will be credited back to the credit card used for the purchase. Any voucher or promo code used for the purchase will not be credited back.
