Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order ONLY if its within a 1 day window period from the time of purchase. Cancellation of orders WILL NOT be entertained once the cancellation request exceeds the 1 day window period.
Can I return or exchange a product?
We DO NOT allow return of products unless damaged by Casio Singapore Pte Ltd or materially not in conformance with the specifications at the time of delivery or self-collection.
For all returns/exchange, please drop an email to email@example.com (with proof of damage or faulty product via photo or video) and we will assist you as soon as we can. The return or exchange can only be process once Casio Singapore Service Centre recognize the damages and approval is given. We seek your patience and understanding.
How long will the refund process take?
Refunds may take up to 7 working days from the time Casio Singapore Pte Ltd is notified. The refund will be via cheque.
You will first receive a call from our friendly staff to confirmed your details. After 3 to 5 working days, you will be notified that the cheque is ready for collection. Collection of cheque will be in Casio Singapore Office and the payee is required to come in person.
I used a promo code on my order. What happens when I return or cancel my order?
For any promo codes used, only the actual value paid will be refunded in the event of any order cancellation or returns.
Utilized promo codes may not be reused for your next order. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions of the promotion or drop an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you as soon as we can.
