Do you provide international shipping?
Unfortunately, currenty we ONLY ship within Singapore.
What are your local delivery options?
We only provide a standard delivery option. You should be able to receive your purchases within 3 - 4 business days from the time you receive the order confirmation.
What happens if I've missed my delivery?
If your parcel has not been successfully delivered despite the delivery is within the agreed upon delivery schedule, you will have to incur an additional delivery charges of SGD 29.
To receive your orders, contact email@example.com to arrange for another delivery schedule. Do note that payment of the additional delivery charges (SGD 29) will be collected by the delivery company upon delivery.
How do I track my parcel?
Online parcel tracking is currently unavailable. Please drop an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you as soon as we can.
